Infra-red booths

Infra-red booth was invented by the famous Japanese doctor Tadashy Ishykava and had won grate popularity both in Japan and China and in Europe.
Its health-improving effect is based on infra-red (i.e. thermal) radiation of the set wave-length. The radiation gets into the body to a certain depth, warming up tissues, joints and internal organs, stimulating intensive lymph and blood influx to tissues and increasing sweat secretion. And as infra-red radiation does not work on transparent objects, it doesn't heat air in the booth, therefore temperature there sticks to comparatively soft - 40-60° C.

When comparing the influence of infra-red booth and sauna on body, it is necessary to note that in first case the increased therapeutic effect is obtained in a more sparing mode. Using these booths is not complex at all, as they are easily assembled, take up comparatively little space and consume only 1,5 - 3 kilowatt-hour at supply pressure 220 V.
